With an interdisciplinary background in cognitive systems—a blend of psychology, computer science, philosophy, and linguistics—Victoria approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.

Her professional experiences span events, project management, design, marketing, and communications, at multinational tech companies, early-stage startups, nonprofits, and universities. Victoria previously led the organization behind some of Canada’s largest hackathons—including cmd-f, which has empowered thousands of underrepresented gender students in tech, supported customer success programs at SAP to drive over a billion in revenue, and led innovative VR projects at UBC’s Emerging Media Lab.

Equity, sustainability, and social impact is central to her philosophy. Victoria is an alumni fellow of Student Energy and Propel Impact, and volunteers as a writer for The Starfish Canada. Outside of work, she can be found reading, on a spin bike or yoga/Pilates mat, or watching a professional women's soccer or hockey game.
