Catarina brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the non-profit sector, having worked with a wide range of organizations locally and internationally. She has supported teams through strategic and operational challenges, provided coaching and consulting in change leadership, and served as Interim Executive Director during periods of transition.
Originally from Berlin, Germany, Catarina has lived and worked in the UK, Ecuador, and Colombia before settling in Canada, which she has proudly called home for the past 15 years. She is deeply grateful to live, work, and play on the ancestral and unceded territories of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Catarina brings a values-driven, systems-thinking approach to her work and thrives in collaborative environments. She is passionate about building strong, resilient teams and organizations that advance meaningful, lasting social and environmental change.

Her academic background includes degrees from the University of Bradford (UK) and the University of Ottawa, as well as certificates in Organizational Development and Design and Organizational Coaching.
