ZEIC is hiring a Program Manager, Sustainable Workforce Development to lead one of our signature initiatives: the Sustainable Workforce Coalition (SWC).

The SWC is working to catalyze an equitable transition for workers in Metro Vancouver and BC to a clean economy through strategic convening, research, and capacity building.

Over 40 leading  business, labour, Indigenous, education, community, and governmental organizations have joined forces with ZEIC to enable the SWC.

Through collaboration with these groups and others, the Coalition is helping to coordinate training pathways, improve working conditions, and attract more people into the clean economy.

As Program Manager, you’ll lead SWC planning, strategy, and facilitation; work across sectors to implement priority projects; and help build internal and external capacity for climate-aligned workforce development. This is a strategic, cross-cutting role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of climate policy, economic development, and social equity.

This is a full-time temporary position through March 31, 2027, with the potential for extension. We offer competitive compensation, a hybrid work environment, and a generous benefits package.
